But it’s important to point out the Audio Pro is far from the most limited multi-room app out there, and its occasional bug and rudimentary nature is forgivable when you consider the price and sound quality of the speakers it's controlling. For those who own the previous C10, Audio Pro says the C10 MkII can be used as the master speaker with the older versionfollowing a firmware update. Indeed, after setting up the older C10 through the Audio Pro app, we are able to use it as the master and sync the MkII with it for multi-room audio. Of course, that size is one of the AddOn C3’s other big strengths. It stands under 12cm high and weighs just over 2kg, while the built-in lithium-ion battery will comfortably last for up to 15 hours at half volume or nine hours playing at full-tilt. All that makes it a brilliant speaker for outdoors or on the move, connecting to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm aux in. It’s hard to think of a less frustrating setup process. The Audio Pro software searches through all available items attached to the home network (with the possibility of manually inserting any that aren’t already tethered), and they’re all there for you to manipulate.

As the Addon C10 is to the Addon C3, similarly the Drumfire’s better-honed talents run further than the added power and bottom end over its family members – it is again a step up in terms of performance across the board. The Addon C5A welcomes us with that same Award-winning musical understanding. There’s plenty of bass for a unit this size, and a level of detail we’ve become used to from these speakers, but the highlight is undoubtedly these boxes’ level of expression.

However, if you want to know Jbl Xtreme and Onyx Studio, then you can take a look at our article. That might grab your attention for a bit. Multiroom performance This device’s rechargeable battery allows up tо 15 hours of continuous listening on a single charge. Because of this, the speaker can be used anywhere, including outside or while traveling. Also, you may use a USB port on the speaker to power up your other gadgets. Audio Pro has also retuned the DSP settings, which it claims has enhanced the sonic character, but managed to keep the 30-hour battery life (at half volume; 12 hours at full volume) that has made this rugged speaker such an outdoor party favourite. The sound of both C5 and C10 felt very self-assured. Every song or podcast was almost exactly like it should sound. The power usage is double on the C10 which is normal for its larger footprint and heavy sound output. There was a good bass response from both. The bigger C10 weighs more and also performs louder than C5. In a small room, the C5 will perform fine but outside it might struggle. The app is good too, it’s easy and fast to set up. You can also buy 2 or more products and link them for the multiroom feature. It will enable you to play all the devices at the same time. The headline-grabber here is that you now get three options for multi-room connectivity: aside from Audio Pro’s app, there's both Google Chromecast and AirPlay 2. We set two C10 MkIIs up with Audio Pro’s app (we name one 'White' and one 'Grey' for easy identification) and it’s surprisingly easy to get audio to play through one, both, or as a stereo pair.

We have two groups of WiFi-speakers.

Without losing its predecessor's impeccable timing, the new C10 MkII offers a slightly more even presentation. We stream Daniel Avery and Alessandro Cortini’s Illusion Of Time and are treated to a neutral and transparent presentation where each musical passage and atmospheric element is given its due diligence. Leading edges of notes throughout the more lyrical passages are clearer and more perceptible. If you’re waiting for a ‘but’, here it comes. In the same way that we prefer the older model’s leather handle and grille-free aesthetic, it proves a touch more sonically enthusiastic, lively and fun, if a little less refined, than the new speaker.

Small in size, big on sound, the C3 delivers astonishing audio quality for its size. The plan for Audio Pro’s Addon wireless speaker line has been straightforward. Finish the regular Bluetooth models’ architecture and sound quality, then release multi-room versions of the same speakers. It might be simple but it’s very effective. This speaker also excels at creating an expansive soundscape. The speaker produces clean, distortion-free sound even at high levels using а proprietary digital Class-D amplifier technology developed by Audio Pro. Also, digital signal processing (DSP) technology is incorporated into the speaker to further improve the quality and balance of the output signal. The dual 20mm textile dome tweeters and 13cm long-throw woofer that helped make the original such a sonic class-leader remain, but the tweeter grilles are now flush with the front baffle rather than slightly bulging. The usual connections, wired and wireless, are featured, with the A10 having capacity for 3.5mm aux, Bluetooth 4.0, Apple AirPlay, wi-fi andSpotify Connect. It also supports MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and Apple Lossless formats. C3 is basically the multi-room Wifi version of T3. The C3 has a rear-firing bass reflex port, similar to the T3, but Audio Pro engineers changed it to make it more tapered, which they say increases sound quality. The Audio Pro Addon C3 supports all the main streaming services, including Tidal, Spotify, Qobuz, and Apple Music. If you use a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi link, the setup is easy. When configuring a multi-room setup, the app looks for other Audio Pro speakers on the same network in the region.

They time with metronomic precision, but temper it with the kind of dynamic sense that captures rhythmic emphasis nicely. And that dynamic expression is a strong positive over the speakers’ entire performance, able to reflect lavish shifts and subtle nuance alike. It simply does everything right, and without fuss. These are limited to optical and analogue auxiliary - though with a 3.5mm-to-RCA cable included, connecting to pretty much any existing set up could hardly be easier.

If you’re looking for a powerful yet portable wireless speaker, go nо further than the Audio Pro Addon C3. It’s an excellent choice for individuals seeking a portable speaker with a wide range of applications thanks to its many connectivity choices, extended battery life, and ability to play in multiple rooms simultaneously. This could be to accommodate the new removable mesh fabric grille, which is fixed with hidden magnets. It’s a more understated and contemporary aesthetic, and more usable too, with more buttons on the top. The Audio Pro Addon C5 is a new addition to the brand’s multiroom lineup. It’s undeniably a trendy speaker, but does it sound as well as it looks? I think it does sound well. From our experience, we can say that this speaker holds the reputation of Audio Pro. You won’t be disappointed with its performance. The Audio Pro Addon C3 is a flexible speaker with several inputs and outputs. The speaker is Bluetooth 4.0 equipped, so you may pair it with other Bluetooth devices like mobile phones, tablets, and computers. The speaker also features a 3.5mm auxiliary input for non-Bluetooth devices.
